On the left of the device there are two buttons to change the volume of the device up and down, while a button below it opens the sound recorder which starts recording immediately after pressing it. Below the device you will find the charging port, the pop-port which acts as a host to the USB cable & the headset, and at the very right of the device there is the IrDA port. Nokia N73

Nokia N73The Nokia N73 is packed with a large 2.4″ 240×320 pixel display, a 3.2 megapixel main camera with Carl Zeiss optics (and the 3G version will have a secondary video calling camera). The Nokia N73 also has stereo speakers, an FM radio, Bluetooth and expandable memory using miniSD cards (to supplement the 42Mb of internal memory supplied as standard). The N73 is a successor to the N70 in terms of form factor and looks, at least, with an almost identical form factor, size and key layout. It’s light at 116g. As the N73 supports the WCDMA (2100MHz) 3G network band, we could only expect an additional camera for real-time video calling. A VGA camera is built into the front of the handset and has 2x digital zoom. The N73 is also tri-band GSM compatible (GSM 900/1800/1900MHz) for coverage on 5 continents.

Filed under: Nokia — admin at 5:41 am on Wednesday, September 20, 2006

Nokia 8800Nokia 8800 has a tough casing. Nokia 8800’s screen has been made scratch-resistant, and its cool digital camera can slide into the case to protect the lens. Both the screen and the camera on the Nokia 8800 are slightly unusual - it uses the same 208×208 pixel compact display found on the Nokia 6230i, and the camera is an 800×600 pixel (0.5 megapixel) device which is the first one like it we’ve seen.

Nokia N93The Nokia N93 has a primary screen with a 2.4″ high-definition Active-Matrix display with a wide 160° viewing angle running at 320×240 pixel resolution and 262k colors, while the secondary is 1.1″ offering 65k colors. Bluetooth 2.0 makes an appearance but is lost in all the other great features. The Nokia N93 is based on S60 3rd Edition - the same as Nokia N91 - with 50MB internal memory and support for miniSD cards (expandable up to 2GB). This one’s also a 3G phone, supporting WCDMA 2100MHz with simultaneous voice/packet data, and integrated 802.11b/g wireless LAN connectivity. What’s more, with its TV-out capability, you can even browse the web, work on your office documents and even play games on the TV.
